Merino wool extrafine

A warm winter baby blanket designed and crafted by Maglificio di Verona.

The distinctive mouliné effect is created by combining three different colours, which intertwine to produce a beautifully mottled finish with rich depth and character.

The blanket is made from 100% pure virgin extrafine Merino wool, certified according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Product Class I.

Merino wool is a 100% natural fibre. It is made from virgin, non-recycled fibres and is not subjected to harsh industrial treatments. Naturally resilient and resistant to creasing, it is also highly breathable.

Its ability to absorb moisture vapour helps keep the baby’s skin pleasantly warm, dry and comfortable.

Merino wool is renowned for its excellent thermoregulating properties. It helps maintain an ideal body temperature by retaining warmth in cold conditions and releasing excess heat when temperatures rise.

This natural ability makes the blanket particularly suitable for helping babies remain comfortable during sudden changes in temperature.

Its exceptionally fine fibres give the blanket outstanding softness, making it gentle and comfortable against delicate baby skin.

Many Merino wool garments and accessories can be washed in a domestic washing machine at 30°C using a very delicate or wool cycle, making everyday care easier.

Merino wool also provides naturally high protection against UV radiation.
