The baby jumper is made from premium 100% pure virgin extrafine Merino wool produced by one of Italy’s finest spinning mills. The shrink-resistant yarn is certified according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Product Class I.

Merino wool is a 100% natural fibre made from virgin, non-recycled wool and is not subjected to harsh industrial treatments. Naturally resilient and resistant to creasing, it is also one of the most breathable natural fibres.

Its ability to absorb moisture vapour helps keep the baby’s skin pleasantly warm, dry and comfortable.

Pure virgin Merino wool is renowned for its excellent thermoregulating properties. It helps maintain an optimal body temperature by retaining warmth in cold conditions and releasing excess heat when temperatures rise.

This natural ability makes Merino wool particularly suitable for babies, who are frequently exposed to sudden changes in temperature throughout the day.

Extrafine Merino wool fibres are exceptionally thin and flexible. They can bend much more easily than traditional wool fibres, giving the garment its outstanding softness and making it gentle and comfortable against delicate baby skin.

Most Merino wool garments can be washed in a domestic washing machine at 30°C using a very delicate or wool cycle, making everyday care simple and practical.

Another remarkable natural property of Merino wool is its high level of protection against UV radiation, which is greater than that offered by many synthetic fabrics.
